Good news for anyone who uses flexible hiring through a temporary employment agency: SETU, the market standard for electronic data exchange within the temporary employment sector, is available in the Peppol network. This means faster and error-free processing of crucial administrative processes.
Benefits for your organization
Do you have an organization that hires temporary workers or do you run a temporary employment agency? Thanks to the cooperation agreement between the Foundation for Electronic Transactions in the Temporary Employment Sector (Stichting Elektronische Transacties Uitzendbranche, abbreviated to SETU) and the Dutch Peppol Authority (NPa), your administration will now be much simpler. Data on vacancies, selection, assignments, expense claims (time and costs), and invoicing can now be exchanged in a streamlined manner via Peppol.
Last week, this cooperation agreement between the NPa and SETU was signed. To celebrate the signing of this agreement, SETU chairman Hans Hoogerhuis, SETU board member Hetty Braam, and Rolf Valentijn from the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations met with Mircea Negulescu from the NPa. The SETU standard will be available in Peppol this week.
Standardization and safety with global impact
This integration reduces administrative burdens, improves workflow, and guarantees privacy thanks to high security standards. It also reduces the risk of errors and improves the efficiency of purchasing and payment processes, contributing to faster processing times.
The full adoption of SETU within the Peppol-network is a major benefit for all parties involved in the temporary employment sector and HR services across the board, both locally and globally. By simplifying and accelerating the management of temporary workers, SETU on Peppol facilitates smoother, automated process management.
